- The HSN Group, parent company of HELPAC, has decided to refocus on the B2C market by developing purpose-driven brands dedicated to aromatherapy and phytotherapy. This strategy enables HSN to concentrate its resources on creating products directly for consumers, aligned with growing expectations around naturalness and well-being.

Elixens France aims to expand its B2B sourcing network and portfolio of natural ingredients for manufacturers in the cosmetics, flavors and fragrances, and aromatherapy industries. New product references, particularly certified organic offerings, will complement our existing ranges, including:
- Essential oils
- Hydrosols and floral waters
- Vegetable oils and macerates
- Natural extracts
An effective resumption of B2B operations
The acquisition by Elixens France of the assets directly related to the B2B sourcing and trading activities of aromatic ingredients has been effective since March 1, 2026, marking the beginning of a new chapter for industrial customers seeking access to an expanded supply network and enhanced expertise in the field of natural ingredients.
A long-term collaboration at the Saint-Hilaire site
As part of this partnership, HELPAC and Elixens France will continue to jointly operate the distillery located in Saint-Hilaire (Haute-Loire), thereby ensuring business continuity and preserving local expertise.
