Convinced that sustainable performance is built collectively, throughout the entire value chain, we revised our Responsible Purchasing Charter in December 2025 as part of this commitment. It stands as a true operational pillar of our CSR strategy.
This new version reaffirms, with even greater clarity, our ambition: to fully integrate social, environmental, and ethical considerations into all our supplier relationships.
Since 2022, our CSR policy has structured our commitment to more responsible development. The Responsible Purchasing Charter represents its concrete implementation within the Purchasing function.
In line with the PACTE Law, we are committed to identifying, preventing, and managing the ethical, social, and environmental risks linked to our activities. Our objective is twofold:
To ensure that all our purchasing activities reflect and uphold our values;
To support our suppliers and partners in a continuous improvement approach based on transparency and cooperation.
Because our partners are essential contributors to our success, compliance with CSR commitments is a key criterion in supplier selection and in building long-term, sustainable partnerships.
We require all our suppliers to ensure:
Strict compliance with labor laws and human rights
The absolute prohibition of forced labor and child labor
The prevention of harassment and any form of discrimination
The guarantee of safe, healthy, and fair working conditions
We stand for a working environment that respects human dignity, where everyone can grow and thrive in safety and fairness.

Our Charter reaffirms our zero-tolerance policy regarding:
Corruption and influence peddling
Illegal or concealed payments
Fraud and falsification
Breaches of competition law
We have also strengthened our confidential whistleblowing system to ensure transparency and protect individuals who report concerns in good faith.

Each partner is invited to:
Sign the charter or demonstrate the existence of an equivalent policy
Communicate these principles to their own suppliers
Actively cooperate in evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives
